1546. Wow, Mango, that's way more work than I usually put into lunch. XD
Well, on the weekends, I usually only have two meals since I like to sleep in. So I have brunch a little bit after whenever I wake up, anywhere from 10AM to noon. Sometimes I put in the work for something fancy (I like frying things like potatoes and sausages and then putting them in noodles with homemade cheese sauce), but it's usually just leftovers.
On weekdays, my lunch is always the same on an average day: one barbecued chicken thigh wrapped in a tortilla (we barbecue a lot at a time and then freeze them), two cut up apples, and an apple juice box. Sometimes I bring in a whole cucumber in place of one or both of the apples, and eat that. XD And if there's anything special, like leftover roast beef (which I still wrap in a tortilla, but I add a bit of mustard) or samosas, I have that instead.
I'm not really a lunch person on weekdays when I'm up earlier, but I get hungry easily and when I get hungry enough I get nauseous and dizzy, so I eat lunch on weekdays out of necessity.
