/crawls and lies down on the floor/ OMG GIRL! so me and my friend went to go do yoga and HOLY SHIT! freaking intense.. like i haven't done yoga in a while and the room we were in was hot.. but not like steamy but just plain hot.. and the poses weren't hard but we had to hold the pose for a long time and UGH!
there was this one pose.. this one
And our arms were stretched out behind us and we had to hold that pose and OMG I COULD FEEL MY INNER THIGHS having a muscle spasm like hard.. it was like quivering.. UGH!!
