My life changed after I walked through that damned white door at a Big Bang concert. Things went from teasing and playful, to heart breaking and almost dangerous. Well, okay, pretty much dangerous. G-Dragon wasn't a stranger to controversy, and just because my life can't get enough of torturing me, I just had to find out something that I shouldn't know. Now the center of GD's most scandalous controversy is out to get me. Why me? I'm just a makeup artist, so why is my life more dramatic than what it was before? I hate everything.

If this wasn’t awkward, then I don’t know what awkward is. The boys had finished their recordings for the day, and now I was in GD’s car on the way to his apartment. Alone. I wished that the others were able to come, but they all had other things they needed to do. Uggggh. I was so nervous. I figured GD only asked me to come to his place just to talk to me about what I know. It may sense, anyone would be able to overhear us someone, so it was a lot safer this way. Still, I had butterflies in my stomach. I just felt so nervous because of all of this. I hated this feeling, and I hate the fact that my legs were shaking because of my nervousness, and the butterflies in my stomach. Dammit. I hate this, I hate thiiiiis. The silence didn’t make things any better, either.

He parks his car in the parking garage of the apartment complex and I silently follow him out of the garage, to the building and to his actual apartment. We walk in, stop to take off our shoes, before we walk further into a grand looking apartment. It was huge! It reminded me actually of a small one-story house. It was such a nice apartment, and it was really clean too. “Oh wow...” I muttered, walking further into the living room while GD turned into the kitchen. Jeeze, this place was waaaaay nicer than my mother’s house.

Hearing laughter coming from the kitchen, I turn around to go there, and I laid eyes on probably the cutest scene ever. I forgot that GD had a dog! He was sitting on the floor of the kitchen, laughing and hugging Gaho as the dog lick and kiss his face. I couldn’t help but smile big. I remembered seeing Gaho on TV when he was just a pup, and now he’s really big. Gaho must have noticed me, since he came padding up to me. I get down to his level and I let him smell my hand before I started to pet him, and soon enough he was licking at my face while I laugh. Ahh, I freaking love dogs! “Aren’t you just the cutest thing ever?” I cooed and he just barked in response. “That’s right, that’s right~” I was having the time of my life right now.

“Hey. Go play with Gaho in the living room. I’m going to cook. You can watch TV if you want.” I look up at GD before standing up. He had a blank face, but I swore I saw just the corner of his mouth curved up a bit. He was serious about the whole dinner thing... well I suppose he was hungry after a long day. I nodded. “Alright. Come on, Gaho.” The dog and I left the kitchen and head into the living room. I sit down on the couch and Gaho sits at my feet. I find the remote for the TV and I turn it on a random channel. “They actually play American shows here....?” I quirk an eyebrow, watching whatever show. The Korean subs were on the bottom of the screen, but I listened hard at the English. I only knew some English words and that was about it. I had no idea what was going on the screen, except for the fact that there was this person with a cane walking around in a hospital, and he was saying something that was upsetting these other people.

I look away from the TV and down at Gaho when he howled a bit. “Awwwh, you want some attention?” I asked and he howled again. “Can you sing, boy? Can you sing?” He started howling again and I laugh. “Good boy~ Sing again~” He howled and I laughed happily. “Ack!” Gaho jumped right on me and started to lick at my face again. I laugh more as I try to get him off of me. “Alright, alright get down! I’m sure GD doesn’t want you on the couch.” I get him back on the floor and I just pet his head. Ahh, at least I didn’t feel nervous anymore.

I spoke too soon. GD finished dinner a while later and we were now sitting at the small dining table across from each other. We ate our food silently, and while GD looked as calm as ever, I was shaking like a leaf. I was too busy having fun with Gaho, that I totally forgot while I was here. I knew it wasn’t just for dinner, and in all honestly, I was just afraid of seeing GD angry again. He was really scary when he’s angry. “This tastes really good...” I say, trying to take the awkward away. I hated eating in silence.

“Thank you,” he responded and the silence started again. I sighed in defeat. Ah, well that wasn’t successful. But luckily, we both finished eating and he took both of our empty plates and I took our glasses to the kitchen, setting them in the sink. Alright... we’ve eaten, now it’s time to talk. But how do I start...hm?

“I know about the affair.” There! Right to the point! Though when GD turned to face me, I back up a bit. The look on his face was indescribable, but he didn’t say anything, so I took that as a sign that he was allowing me to explain myself. Here we go! “When I got locked in the building, I went to the Boss’s office, thinking I can find an extra key. Well, I found a key, but it was for a drawer that he had locked and I thought the key to the building would be in there. Well, there was only a folder, but I didn’t look in at first. I was gonna close the drawer but the folder fell over as I saw part of a picture so I got curious and I took the folder and saw the picture with you and his wife together so I put the pictures and the folders back and went to the dance studio where you guys found me sleeping.” I took a deep breath, and GD opened his mouth to say something, but I started to talk over him, before I start freaking out. “So after the shoot, I was hanging out at home with Jin and then I remembered he was a journalist so I asked him if he knew about the story and he said he did. He told me...” I slowed down a bit, having to take a few deep breaths since I was talking non-stop. “He told me that you and the boss’s wife were having the affair and then after the whole marijuana incident came to light, apparently you tried to break it up with her and she must have gotten mad and called the paparazzi. But the boss, he paid them off not to say anything...”

I hated the look on GD’s face. He looked so stressed out and panicked and just a whole mixture of emotions. It must have been so hard on him... “GD... you don’t have to worry about me telling anyone about this.” I told him. I wanted him to know that I was not the type of person to do something so terrible. I bit my lip. Taking a risk, I grabbed his hand and without looking at him, I turn around and started for the living room, taking him with me. Thank God that he didn’t take his hand away from mine. He should know that this was something serious that we needed to talk about. We both sit down on the couch and Gaho sat at our feet. I lightly patted him on the head and I turned to face GD. “...Jiyong...” I say seriously. “I... why did it happen? I’m not trying to judge you or anything... I just want to know why something like this happened in the first place.”

I wasn’t aware that our hands were still together, until he removed his hand from mines. He set his elbows on his knees and ran both of his hands through his hair, messing it up from the spiked up style he had. Then he started talking. “She was one of the firsts to find out the whole deal with the marijuana in the cigarette. We were all worried about it being out in the public. One day she just came to me and we were just talking. She’s always been very friendly and supportive of me and the guys. So we were talking about it and... that is when she suggested...” he stopped for a moment and I finished for him.

“That you two sleep together.” He nodded, screwing his eyes shut. “I was shocked by her offer, but she said that she can get the paparazzi to not release the story and keep it hidden. I didn’t want any controversy to surround me and the company, so I did it. It continued for weeks, the affair, all under his nose.”

“But the story ended up coming out anyway,” I say and I see GD clench his fists. “I know. It was bad... it was really bad. I was afraid that soon enough, people will find out about the affair, so I broke it off with her. Everyone knew what happened with the marijuana, so what was the point? But she was angry, really angry. She said, okay. She said for me to leave, but I didn’t expect for her to go to the paparazzi.”

“Yeah I know. Why would she bring that attention upon herself?”

“They were getting a divorce. She was going to say that she was ‘heartbroken’ by it happening, that she ran into my arms ‘seeking comfort’ and all of that bullshit.” I saw GD starting to get angry, so I just grabbed his hand again, giving it a squeeze. “I’m so stupid,” he muttered and I quickly shook my head.

“No, you’re not! She manipulated you! She must have knew that no matter what, that story was going to come out. She just used you. She probably felt alone because of this divorce that was happening.” But aren’t they still married?! Just... just this woman! I growled. Now I was angry. “That bitch. She could have ruined you if the boss hadn’t paid off Jin and the others to keep quiet! Big Bang would have been done and over with!” Now we were both just sitting there, pissed off. GD was obviously regretting his actions. I knew for a fact that he will never be able to live what he did down. I squeeze his hand harder, trying to comfort him. “No matter what, it’s not your fault. She manipulated you. You were younger, you’re STILL young since you’re only twenty-three. You weren’t just thinking of yourself, you were thinking about your other hyungs, about Big Bang and the company, while she was just being selfish, taking advantage of a young man. Jiyong, it’s NOT your fault.” I jumped when he suddenly turned his head to look at me. He look so distressed, that I couldn’t help but wrap my arms around him and hug him tightly. I felt his arms wrap around me and he sighed deeply. “I promise, no one will know about this. This will stay between us...and whoever that knows about it.” I figured that the other guys knew about it happening too. “I promise.”

We break from the hug and I just look at him, a reassuring smile on my face. As far as I know, this had never happened. We were just co-workers having a nice friendly dinner together and just hanging out. GD just looked at me, and it seemed like his mind was whirling. I wouldn’t be surprised. “Alright, GD. Now that we have THAT settled, I need to ask you--” I was interrupted by GD, who grabbed me by the back of my neck and pulled me close to him.

He was kissing me. Right on my lips, and I didn’t seem to fully realize what was happening until I find myself laying on my back on the couch with GD on top of me, leaving kisses down my neck.
